Severability, Waiver & Governing Law
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
