What's in a Name
You may have noticed our domain is weluup.com β with two Us instead of two Ls.
This is intentional. When we built our brand, we wanted a domain that was uniquely ours and instantly recognizable. The double-U is our signature β it's how we sound it out: "Well... Up." Two small steps. Two daily commitments. Wellness, upgraded.
The brand name WellUp and the domain weluup.com are two sides of the same identity β visually distinct, intentionally connected.

WellUp is operated by WellUp LLC, a limited liability company duly registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. Our entity information is publicly verifiable through the New Mexico Secretary of State's business registry at enterprise.sos.nm.gov.
We operate our business with full US compliance:
- Legal entity: WellUp LLC, registered in New Mexico
- Banking: US business banking through Mercury (Choice Financial Group, Member FDIC)

Our Story
WellUp was built around a simple frustration with the wellness industry. Too often, the market feels split between two extremes: overpriced, over-marketed brands that sell lifestyle more than substance, and cheap, unreliable products that rarely deliver what they promise. We wanted to build something different β a curated catalog of wellness products that we believe in, at prices that don't punish honest consumers.
WellUp isn't a mega-retailer. It's a curated wellness catalog β every product we list is reviewed by our team before going live, and we work to maintain a catalog that reflects our values, not just our margins.

Every product on WellUp goes through four checks before we list it:

- Quality and safety β We verify ingredients, materials, and supplier credentials before any listing goes live.
- Fair pricing β We compare across multiple sources so you're getting honest value, not inflated MSRPs with theatrical "discounts."
- Clear, honest descriptions β We write our own descriptions so you understand what you're actually buying β including limitations.
We're not perfect, and we're transparent about that. If a product underperforms, we want to know. We update listings, remove products that don't hold up, and respond to customer feedback as part of how we run the catalog.
