Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photo or video evidence and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Depending on the item, a physical return may not be required.
Exceptions
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items (opened skincare, used personal-care products, etc.) are non-returnable.
- Sale items and personalized or special orders are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email info@weluup.com with your order number (and photos/videos if the item is damaged).
- We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions.
- Once approved (and the item received, if a return is required), refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
